李小琳低调现身 今年有三个提案

前日，某网发布了李小琳当天在人民大会堂参加中国人民政治协商会议第十二届全国委员会第二次会议开幕的照片，有超过6000人评论。微博上两张李小琳现身会场的照片，转发也近7000次。

昨日，有媒体拍到的照片显示，在当天全国政协十二届二次会议经济组的小组讨论中，李小琳拿着环保袋参加了讨论。此前，出现在公共视野中的李小琳打扮颇为时髦，甚至有网站的时尚频道还专门发文研究过她的穿着。不过，今年李小琳的穿着让很多网友直呼“低调”。

身为全国政协委员的李小琳，过去6年共提交25份提案，涉及电力改革、新能源发展、节能减排、生态文明建设、低碳经济、社会责任等多个领域。据《人民政协报》报道，李小琳今年将目光转向电力规划管理、标准化、分布式能源与智能电网等新领域，准备了三个提案，分别是《加强电力规划管理促进资源有效利用》、《关于将标准化提升为国家战略的建议》、《大力推动分布式能源与智能电网实质性发展》。
